CLC offers leadership formation and training to all Catholic leaders who have influence over the thinking, behaviour or development of others in their various roles. There are also various spheres of influence which a leader may be called to exercise, ranging from a family unit, to a community or team, to a community of communities, and ever-broadening spheres of influence which eventually ripple out in society.
In the context of the parish in particular, we offer leadership training to lay leaders in Parish Pastoral Councils (PPC), Executive Committees (Exco), core teams of Ministries and Small Christian Communities (SCCs) and lay leaders in Archdiocesan Organisations.
For all of these contexts, SELF leadership is the foundation of your leadership development. This is offered both on the Training Calendar as well as part of Customised Training for Parishes and Archdiocesan Organisations. GROUP/RELATIONAL leadership and PARISH/ORGANISATIONAL leadership are generally offered as part of Customised Training for Parishes and Archdiocesan Organisations.
We also provide consultancy to Parish Priests on organisational leadership matters so that the Parish is better enabled for mission.
